We work in your tools, on your terms
Our people work inside your software, on accounts you create. You decide what each account can see and do. You can switch off access at any time. We ask only for the access the task needs.
Data handling
The work happens in your systems. If any data needs to move, we agree in writing before the pilot: what moves, where it goes and when it is deleted.
NDA
We sign your NDA before we see real data, or we send ours.
Personal data
Tell us in the pilot form if the work includes personal data. Before we start, we agree in writing which people can see it, which fields they need, and what gets masked or redacted. We can limit that work to a named group within your team.
Who works on your data
Every person on your work is a known member of the Deepen AI team, not an anonymous crowd. Each person is vetted before joining and completes security training. Your team lead knows who worked on what.
Quality you can check
We use the QA process we run for automotive annotation: gold sets of known-correct answers and review tiers for hard cases. Every weekly report shows QA results.
