Is $5 an hour the full price?
For the common tasks on the rate card, it covers the trained person, the team lead, QA checks and the weekly report.
Which tasks count as common tasks?
The ones in the first row of the rate card. If your task is not listed, describe it in the pilot form. We tell you the rate before any work starts.
Is the pilot free?
No. It is paid, at the rate card price. A paid pilot means the team treats it as real work from day one, and you see what the work really costs.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide. Continue with the same team, change the scope, or stop.
Do you sign a contract?
We sign your NDA before we see real data.
Can we add or remove people?
Yes. Tell your team lead.
